ABOUT CHARLEY
Growing up in both Carolinas, Charley attended the College of Charleston before transferring to UNC-Chapel Hill where he earned a degree in broadcast journalism. Out of college, Charley was immersed in the television news and sports journalism world. He has some pretty interesting experiences, both behind and in front of the camera, so ask him about them. And while you are at it, ask him about his appearances on HGTV®!
Charley and his wife moved to Charleston in 2005 when he embarked on his career in the real estate industry. He is a Lifetime member of the East Cooper Top Producers Club and consistently ranks in the top 10% of the area’s REALTORS®. With Charley, you get outstanding local knowledge and negotiating skills, as well as a professional REALTOR® who knows how important it is to understand his clients’ goals and to help individuals navigate the path of homeownership. Sullivan’s Island is where Charley and his family call home. When not working or carpooling to one activity to another, Charley enjoys playing golf, visiting the mountains, watching sports, relaxing at the beach or by the pool, or just cruising the island on the bike or in the golf cart with his wife and daughters.
